SHIPPING & SERVICE COVERAGE
Arayusu Jewellery ships to all serviceable pincodes across India.
Your orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery and Shiprocket, ensuring professional handling and timely delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0–2 working days.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking URL and AWB number.
- If there is any delay in processing or dispatching your order, our team will proactively inform you.
You can use the tracking link shared over email to live-track your shipment at any time.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Domestic Delivery (India):
- Metro cities: 2–3 days from dispatch
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 days from dispatch
Delivery timelines may slightly vary due to unavoidable factors such as courier delays or operational issues.

Important:
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based deliveries.
If the OTP is not received or verified, the courier may fail to deliver the package.
In case your order returns due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
However, international customers may place orders for delivery to an Indian address (family or friends). All domestic shipping rules will apply to such orders.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
