Return & Exchange Policy

At ARAYUSU Jewellery, every order is prepared with great care. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed and confirmed.

However, if you receive a damaged or broken product, we are here to help!
Please go through the steps below so we can resolve it quickly:

1. Report Within 24 Hours

If your product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory

To process the complaint, we require a 360° parcel opening video (unedited & uncut).
The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened parcel
  • The address label
  • Proper lighting
  • The product being taken out of the parcel
  • The damage/breakage

Without this video, we will not be able to accept return requests.

3. Return Conditions

If approved, the item must be returned in:

  • Its original condition
  • Unworn/unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • Along with receipt or proof of purchase

We currently do not have a return pickup service, so customers will need to courier the parcel back to our address.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the product and verify its condition and tags:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Please note: Bank delays, holidays, or unavoidable circumstances may extend the processing time.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

We kindly request our customers to place orders carefully, as orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
